And, steps to align your life with your deeper values. There’s also an option to subscribe for recorded workshops on the Enneagram and more.

Experience

Courtney brings a depth of experience, both professionally and personally, to her work. After graduating from Yale Law School, Courtney began as a consultant at McKinsey & Co. She advised organizations on strategic initiatives and led large-scale consolidation projects in the health care and nonprofit industries for more than a decade, and then took time off to raise her family. During her time away from the workforce, Courtney began to look more deeply at the assumptions, habits, and patterns she was bringing to her life choices.

Through her own work with teachers and coaches, Courtney began to realize that broader and more sustained transformation—for individuals and their organizations—was possible through unearthing, examining, and bridging the internal belief systems that each of us carries. Courtney has dedicated herself to living this practice and to guiding others on a similar path since.

With clients, she’s known for her warm and direct communication style, strong analytical skills, and empathetic listening. She prioritizes pragmatic tools and next steps, and grounding in the body.

Disciplines

Among the many disciplines Courtney has explored, none has been more formative than the Enneagram, which Courtney continues to study with renowned teacher Russ Hudson. Her approach is also especially informed by practices she has learned through master teachers of Conscious Leadership Group, the Alexander Technique, and the Work of Byron Katie. Courtney has a J.D. from Yale Law School, a masters in public health from New York University, and an undergraduate degree in mathematical economics from Wake Forest University.
